'The heroic inventor faces up against a fierce assassin in this feud between nature and technology during the height of the industrial revolution'

For this project I chose to create two characters simultaneously, both the hero and the villain of a game concept. I wanted to explore the design of two opposing characters, creating both contrast and harmony. This piece challenged me to create a cohesive art style, and make the characters feel like they belong in the same universe. I feel I achieved cohesion through areas such as cloth thickness consistency, colour pallet and even down to the mark making in the sculpts. I had so much fun working on this project whilst building my confidence in the workflow and building on my artistic fundamentals. I can't wait to dive into future projects and develop my knowledge further.
